It’s pretty rare to get an Olympic Gold Medal, wouldn’t you say?
Only 1,210 Americans have received one. It’s unusual to climb Mt.
Everest, too: Just 2,300 people have done that. But there’s an
even rarer category: The number of billionaires. No more than
1,125 people in the world can claim that distinction.

My friend, Bill Bartmann, did just that. Now keep in mind that
this group of 1,125 people includes people who had major help along
the way: Many were born with it, inherited it, or had every
advantage while growing up.

In the history of billionaires, Bill Bartmann stands alone. He’s
the ONLY former homeless person and gang member ever to have made a
billion dollars. That’s right, Bill went from eating out of
dumpsters and living under a bridge viaduct, to having after-tax,
take-home pay in a single year of more than $100 million and being
listed as the 25th richest person in America.

Here’s where it gets extremely interesting: Bill is willing to
coach YOU on how to succeed in business.

After all, what can you learn from someone whose daddy died and
left him a billion? But it’s totally different with Bill Bartmann:
He worked in a slaughterhouse. He was an alcoholic at age 17.
And at one point Bill was paralyzed from the waist down. Yet Bill
discovered a DIFFERENT way of thinking and acting that enabled him
to overcome all of that, and become a self-made billionaire.

After scaling the highest peaks in the business world and getting
his fill of toys like $25 million aircraft, what’s Bill up to now?
He has one current passion: Showing others his special techniques
for overcoming any challenge and being as successful as they want
to be.

Do you think Bill might know a few things YOU could use to overcome
your own challenges? What if you could get his thoughts on dozens
of business topics?

Now you can. Bill is launching a one-of-a-kind online service,
called his “Billionaire Business System”. This is not some
one-size-fits-all deal. Instead, Bill has built a mentoring tool
that provides you with laser-targeted advice on many individual
topics.

Are you already running a business but not sure what’s the best way
to secure financing for your next stage of growth? Bill covers
that topic. Not even sure if business is right for you? Bill has
a video session just about that.

In fact, the Billionaire Business System currently has almost two
dozen topics, and is constantly growing.

I strongly recommend that you take a look at Bill’s system and see
for yourself how it can remove whatever roadblocks are in your way
to greater business success. You can find it by going to:

http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=Nyipe&m=1cgXhHE8g6oDqb&b=zesVUx6tJZZ_1JtaZrGlzA

Name me anywhere else on the planet that you can get specific,
useful, and comprehensive business-building advice from a self-made
billionaire? That’s OK, I can’t think of any, either.

The sooner you have Bill Bartmann in your corner, advising you on
business success, the sooner you can sit back and bask in your own
dreams coming true.

Do good stuff!

I’ve been trying a few of the mainstream ‘free photo storage’ websites and thought I might jot down a few of the pro’s and con’s of the online storage houses; feel free to add your reviews to the comments section of this post:

imageshack.us - one of the first sites I started using, I really love their simplicity. The free photo storage here is both fast and easy to recall. It integrates well to websites and would probably suit webmasters and casual users as opposed to more ’series’ family photo album storage. Supported by advertisements, the ads are relevant and not too painful. I like this joint, I give it a 8.5/10

flickr.com - one of the big boys, flickr is more suited to the family photo album and boasts decent quality, power and trust for a ‘free photo storage’ outlet. My only complaint would be the interface, the UI is a little too tricky at times and recalling simple photos can sometimes be a nightmare. However, the trust you get from a name like flickr.com makes you sleep well knowing your photos will be around for some time. 8 out of 10

picnik.com - a new kid on the block, boasting a beautiful interface decent speed and a massive array of editing and manipulation tools on top of the free photo storage. This has quickly become my favourite, I have stopped using Adobe Photoshop for quick photo cropping and editing, because picnik.com does it all for me. The free account provides only limited free photo storage, but for 24.95 US a year you get a full blown photo storage account. Well worth it. 9 out of 10

photobucket.com - the free photo storage at photobucket is more based around sharing and social integration. If you want your pics shown, sold or added to t-shirts, hoodies or other items this is your place. Plenty of options and more for the youngster wishing to build a big pic collcetion and have lots of options to market and work with your images. 7 out of 10

picasa.com - the google owned blogger sister service has some good points, the biggest being the integration to the blogger.com platform. The Free Photo Storage at picasa also has the advantage of decent free storage volumes, much larger than many of the others for free. The other comforting feature is that picasa being backed by Google means your photo snaps should be pretty safe for a long time to come. 7.5 of out 10

In these busy and trying times; many of us regularly search for ‘Quotes of Inspiration’. While some may say earlier times in our history of war, turmoil and less automation in our daily lives might have made things more difficult; little did they know we would be required to do more each and every day.

It’s no wonder more and more of us are regularly in search of quotes of inspiration. From Winston Churchill’s famous ‘fight them on the beaches’ quote, through to new age movie quotes, it seems we’ll take anything to get a dose of daily motivation.

The reason for requiring quotes can be quite broad too, from trying to enthuse ourselves about a new business venture or idea or maybe just trying to get through the day. Another popular reason for obtaining quotes of inspiration is for sickness, many individuals and familes have faced unbelievable odds and have used words of wisdom to get themselves and each other through tough times.

It doesn’t really matter what era you draw your inspiration from, a good quote can do the trick.

If you have some that have helped you in the past or are favourite quotes of yours, feel free to add to the comments at the bottom of this article. I hope through discussion, research and learnings we can create, add and build a massive list of the famous quotes of inspiration from around the world!

Farmer Fabio Anze found the naked baby girl on Thursday, being kept warm among his dog China’s puppies, La Nacion newspaper said. Anze called the police and the baby was taken to a hospital.

Egidio Melia, director of the Melchor Romero hospital, told television and newspaper reporters that the baby was just a few hours old when she was found, and was in good health although she had some bruises.

Nighttime temperatures are chilly but not freezing in the Southern Hemisphere winter in the rural area around La Plata, 40 miles south of Buenos Aires.

Police said they had located the 14-year-old girl who gave birth to the baby outdoors during the night.

It was not clear whether the mother left her baby in the dog’s pen or whether the dog found the baby outdoors and carried it in to join her puppies.

Ed Dale and Dan Raine’s Immediate Edge Networkers event now live:

Details below:

Yes, the moment you have all been waiting for… Networker is live. First of
all from a visual point of view there has been a couple of changes, and
these are that we now show three types of links:

    * BM – Bookmarks. This is the number of bookmarks that have been
created for you so far.
   * IL – Inbound Links. These are links from a whole range of different
site, some long term links, some short term links, some indexing only links
etc. Anything which isn’t a bookmark and isn’t extreme will be counted
here.
   * XL – Extreme Links. If you ticked use Edge Extreme, then the count
of these links will show up here.

The other interface change is the Activity Log. Every time we create a
link for you, submit your site to a directory etc, an entry will appear in
the activity log, this should give you an idea what is going on with your
sites inside the networker.

Now, these are the visual changes, behind the scenes networker has grown
up quite a bit. When you first enter your site into networker you should
start to see activity pretty quickly, and the first goal of networker is to
get your site indexed and ranked.

To do this it will ping your site to all the major ping sites, then it
will generate a couple of links on various web properties to get Google’s
attention. After this it will start the process of bookmarking your site on
the higher priority and most effective social bookmarking services,
followed by submission to various blog, feed, and site directories that we
have found effective.

If you have chosen Extreme, then this is when this will kick in, as we add
additional social bookmarks and other links for you, the extreme engine
will start its process building additional links and driving traffic.

Finally, after your major bookmarking has been performed, we will trickle
feed links to your site over the coming months to keep growing the link
base.

There is more to come, but I will be covering that soon… for now, get
adding your sites.

One last thing, we have reset the count on all the links to zero for you
so you get a fresh start in the Networker.

Few folks know that Microsoft has a ready made Word and MS Office built-in language translator (running off the engine from WorldLingo)

However you can actually integrate this with the Windows Live Translator service (See Screen Shots Below)

This may come in very handy for webmasters, as the Google webpage translation service is not always available and putting your valuable blog, niche or site content into various languages doubles your efforts.

With this service, you don’t need to rely on Google as much.

When you translate a Document using the Windows Live Translator, up comes the original document you were working on and then the translated version (instantly comparable) in a web browser application. The original format of the text also remains intact.

To get this Translator going within MS Word, use these simple steps. Microsoft is set to ‘push’ this service by an Office Update soon so you wont need to manually install if you dont want to.

This obviously is only possible for MS Word Documents, but you can translate PowerPoint slides also and other MS documents formats using this workaround.

With so many people, some good some bad - you just cannot keep everything on the web totally clean. Conversations and blogs are controlled by power laws…for every person that knows their stuff, there are thousands more newbies that are still learning their trade.

The goal of killing off the wrong information, lies or stuff ups by others very painful and self-defeating.

But just because you or someone else is right, this is not enough to ensure yours or your idea gets success. You also have to deliver your message in a style that people find appealing and easy to swallow (Just like in the business world I suppose).

This predominantly “why blogs are so popular”. Someone who has a better delivery method can take your correct idea, repackage up in a much better way and have it received better than you could have ever dreamed.

Think about that last point, while kudos to you if you are right - the delivery and getting your point across successfully is more important than the correct idea. “So why not be the person who gets their point across in a stylish method - that actually gets ’seen’ and doesn’t end up buried in the web.”

An easier way to implement change is to deliver your side of the story on your on acceptable terms - such as good formatting, clear language, and logic.

Some people will take it on board, others will not. But allowing people to self-select is a much more efficient marketing strategy than trying to force change upon others. It allows network effects to work for you, rather than against you. You pretty-much need legal or military might (government) or a monopoly (Microsoft or Google) to get away with forcing change, and even then it usually ends up creating unexpected consequences (just look at Iraq).

Squatters, Webmasters and Money Makers were diving into the domain game to grab any key words or prominent website domain names that were still left.

However, I hear there has been some problems in the registration process. Bloggers have complained that more than 1 person has been able to register the same domain name and the GoDaddy failure reports are soon coming back to the purchaser saying the domain registration went wrong - hence you have lost your registration.

It will be interesting when the dust settles to see who got what domain, the other catch with the .ME domain is that you must register it for 2 years, ensuring there is no quick turnaround or easy exit for anyone that buys in. The ICANN is keen for the .ME domain to be unlike the .INFO and .NAME which either didn’t take off or were used as cheap spam domains.

I was also unable to find any GoDaddy couples for the .ME domain. DOH!

The new design being tested by Google seems to be slightly similar to the Digg style of voting and user based promotion of content.

Its an interesting move and obviously makes sense, as with so much SEO and reverse engineering - the whole concept and business model of Google search is at risk of losing its potency as more ‘user based’ or official rankings are required.
